Who you are buying from

Speak Saudi, operating from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Company registration is in progress, and the registered entity and its address will be published here as soon as it is complete.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, or - for cash on delivery and bank transfer - when we confirm the order with you directly.
• Prices are shown and charged in Saudi riyals. There is no currency switch, so the number on the button is the number you pay.
• If a price is listed wrongly we will contact you before taking payment, and you can cancel.

Digital products

• You get a personal licence to read, print and use the material yourself.
• You may not resell it, share the files, or upload them anywhere public.
• The digital book is updated over time and those updates are included at no extra cost.

Classes

• Classes are bought one month at a time. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription to cancel.
• The free 1-hour trial is one per person, checked against both your email address and your WhatsApp number.
• Unused hours do not roll into the following month unless we agree it in writing.

What we do not promise

We do not promise fluency, a specific exam result, or a particular pace of progress. What a course covers is described plainly on its own page, and that description is what you are buying.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
