Paying for things.
What can I pay with?
Inside Saudi Arabia: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay or a bank transfer, and cash on delivery for the hard copy. Outside: card or PayPal. Card details go to the payment provider's own page and never touch our servers.
Which currency are prices in?
Saudi riyals, everywhere on the site. There is no currency switch, so the number on the button is the number you are charged.
Do you take cash on delivery?
Yes, inside Saudi Arabia, on hard copies only. Youssef messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the address before it ships.
How does paying by transfer work?
Message us on WhatsApp and we send you the payment details - we keep them off the website rather than publishing an account number. Once the transfer lands we confirm it, usually the same working day, and you get a message straight away.
Getting your order
Delivery and access.
How fast is the digital edition?
Immediately. The web book opens in your browser, the PDF and audio download, and the link stays re-issuable from your confirmation page if it expires.
How much is delivery on the Hard Copy Package?
Nothing. Free delivery anywhere in Saudi Arabia is included in the 299 SAR. Youssef sends tracking on WhatsApp when it leaves us.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
Not yet. The digital edition is identical in content and reaches you instantly wherever you are.

Open the confirmation page from your email and press the download button again - it issues a fresh link. If you cannot find the email, message us with the address you used.
The learning itself
Course, lessons and dialect.
Najdi or Hejazi?
The core is Najdi, the dialect of Riyadh. Where Hejazi differs in a way that would confuse you, both are given and labelled - roughly two hundred places across the book.
Do I need to read Arabic script?
No. Every sentence carries transliteration you can read out loud on day one, with the script beside it so it becomes familiar at its own pace.
How long until I can hold a conversation?
With the eight-week course and about three hours a week, a slow conversation about everyday life. Not fluency - we will not tell you otherwise.
Can I take the free trial lesson more than once?
One per person, and it is a full hour. There is no code - the check is against your email address and your WhatsApp number, so a second address on the same phone will not open a second trial.
If it goes wrong
Refunds and problems.
Can I get a refund on the book?
Fourteen days on the digital edition, no questions asked. Hard copies are covered by the refund policy, which turns on condition rather than opinion.
Can I get a refund on a month of classes?
Unused hours are refundable within the month. Nothing renews on its own, so there is no subscription to cancel.
My hard copy arrived damaged.
Send a photograph on WhatsApp and we replace it. You do not need to send the damaged one back.
How do I delete my data?
Ask, on WhatsApp or by email, and we remove your rows and tell you when it is done. The privacy page lists exactly what we hold.
