Refunds

Digital books

Fourteen days from purchase, full refund, no questions asked. Write to us and say the word refund. We do not ask you to justify it and we do not try to talk you out of it.

Hard copies

• Arrived damaged or wrong: send a photograph and we replace it. You keep the damaged one.
• Changed your mind: return it unused within fourteen days and we refund the book. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours.
• Cash on delivery orders can simply be refused at the door at no cost to you.

One-on-one classes

• You buy one month at a time and nothing renews automatically.
• Unused hours are refundable pro rata within the month you bought.
• A class cancelled more than 12 hours ahead goes back to your balance.
• A class missed with no notice is used - the teacher held the hour.

Preorders

A preordered book can be refunded in full at any time before it is released. After release the fourteen-day digital refund applies as normal.

How long it takes

We start the refund the day we agree it. Card and Apple Pay refunds usually appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank; PayPal is faster; bank transfers go back to the account they came from.
