What we collect

Only what an order or a message needs. There is no advertising profile being built here and no data broker involved.

• When you order: first name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and a delivery address for hard copies.
• When you ask for the free starter pack or join a waiting list: first name and WhatsApp number.
• When you pay: nothing. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and never reach our servers.
• When you browse: standard analytics about pages viewed, plus the Meta pixel, if you have not blocked them.

Why we hold it

• To send you what you paid for, and to prove you paid for it if a link expires.
• To message you on WhatsApp about your own order.
• To stop the same person claiming a one-per-customer offer twice, which is why the email address and the phone number are both checked.
• To meet accounting obligations on completed sales.

Who else sees it

• Supabase, where the database and files are hosted.
• n8n, our automation tool, which sends the emails and WhatsApp messages.
• The payment providers, for the transaction itself.
• Meta and Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, unless you block them.
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details, and we never will.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Leads that never become orders are deleted after two years of silence, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@speaksaudiarabic.com and we will do it and tell you when it is done.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies, unless you block them. Nothing on this site requires a cookie in order to be read, and there is no cookie wall.
