How the hard copy reaches you, and how fast digital access arrives.

Digital orders
Immediate. The download link appears on the confirmation page and in your email the moment payment is confirmed. Links expire for security and can be re-issued from that same confirmation page whenever you need a fresh one.
Hard copies inside Saudi Arabia
- Delivery is free anywhere in Saudi Arabia and is included in the price shown.
- Two to four working days to any address in the Kingdom.
- Youssef messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the address, and again with tracking when it ships.
- Cash on delivery is available. You pay the courier when it arrives.
Outside Saudi Arabia
We do not ship hard copies outside the Kingdom yet. The digital edition is identical in content, includes the same audio library, and reaches you instantly.
If something goes wrong
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. A parcel that has not moved for three days gets chased by us, not by you, and a parcel that is genuinely lost gets replaced.
