About classes
Practical questions.
Can I have a female teacher?
Yes. We have male and female teachers across Saudi, Egyptian and Fusha, and you tell us which you would prefer when you book - including for the free trial hour. You do not need to give a reason.
What do I actually get after a class?
The recordings of the conversations and expressions you covered that session, and every material filed in your own Google Drive folder, organised by session. You also have a private WhatsApp group with your teacher for scheduling, homework and questions between classes.
Do you teach children?
Yes - any age and any level, from someone who has never seen the Arabic alphabet upwards. Tell us the age when you book and we match the teacher and the pace to it.
Is the trial really free?
Yes - a complete hour, one to one, and it does not ask for a card. One per person: the check is against your email address and your WhatsApp number, so a second address on the same phone will not open a second trial.
Am I signing up to a subscription?
No. You buy one month at a time and nothing renews on its own. We send a WhatsApp message near the end of the month and you decide then.
What if I miss a class?
Tell your teacher ahead of time and it moves. A class missed with no notice is used - that is the only rule, and it exists because the teacher held the hour.
Can I switch teachers?
Any time, no explanation needed. Message us and the rest of your month moves across.
What time zones do you cover?
Teachers are in the Kingdom, so Gulf hours are easiest. Evenings in Europe and mornings in East Asia both work. Ask before you buy if you are somewhere awkward.
Do I need the book?
No, but classes go faster with it, because you will already have met the sentences you are trying to say.
